1 cup powdered tempera paint
2 tbsps. wallpaper paste
1/4 to 1/2 cup liquid laundry starch
Mix tempera paint with wallpaper paste. Add starch, mixing until thick enough to spread - like frosting.
Place paint on a plastic lid and use Popsicle sticks to spread.
