This card was made with one print. A rectangular tile.
Re-size and print your rectangular tile.
Cut a piece of plain paper somewhat larger than the tile to use as a backing or border.
Mount the backing on the card, then mount the tile on the backing.
Next do the lettering.
Finally, add some stars with a rubber stamp or you can use little stickers.
