Making your own greeting cards

For this card you will need one necktie print. You can find these in the freebies slide. A star stamp, or if you don't have a star stamp, you can draw the stars by hand with a felt pen or texter.

TO MAKE THE CARD
Draw some squiggly line across the front of the card with felt pens of different colours to match the necktie print. Print out the necktie print in a size to suit the size of your card. Glue the nicktie print on the card as shown in the picture. Using the star stamp, put some stars scattered around the card but make sure you leave the space for your greeting text blank. You can also add some coloured dots with a felt pen, or glue some confetti, or other decoration scattered around. Add you text greeting. It is a good idea to write the text out on a piece of scrap paper as a test run. When you are happy with the size of the text and the overall look of it, trace it on to the card and then re-write it with a felt pen. Add some dots around the text for an added crafty touch.
